Main Responsibilities

1) Commercial contracts drafting, review, negotiation;

2) Disputes, arbitration and litigation dealing, with the help of outside counsel;

3) Legal advice to other departments;

4) Legal investigation and research;

5) Other duties as assigned by legal dept. leader from time to time.

Requirements

1) Bachelor degree, major in law;

2) Having passed bar exam;

3) More than 4 years of legal professional experience with a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel with a multinational corporation;

4) Strong negotiation, drafting and contract management skills with excellent problem solving abilities;

5) Self-motivated and has a high level of individual responsibility and ability to withstand work pressure and can drive projects independently;

6) Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin .
