职位名称 Existed Model project leader
职位描述 Manage exist model project and provide onsite support from ME team in general assembly shop
1.) Responsible for onsite process, equipment and quality related job of exist model project via the remote support team and constantly interfacing with customers;
2.) Coordinate onsite engineering design changes on exist models and lead onsite running change activity in ME team and coordination between cross-function teams;
3.) Attend the daily launch meeting and quality gate meeting as the onsite representative of ME GA;
4.) Oversee onsite issues, root cause finding and solution generation with the remote support team;
5.) Responsible for timing plan tracking up and deliverables;
6.) Follow up to ensure onsite tasks are appropriately completed;
7.) Work across functions to provide on-site support and deliverables;
8.) Exist model project status report on PM project review meeting.
任职资格 1.) 6+ years experience in the automotive industry of new car launch with vehicle product’s manufacturing/face-lift model launch experience is preferred;
2.) Experience managing complex programs, onsite projects for supplier managements, foreigner customers and driving high levels of customer satisfaction;
3.) Technical experience in engineering, manufacturing, equipment and quality;
4.) An effective communication with customers and suppliers;
5.) Strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills;
6.) Strong willing to stay onsite in Changshu plant;
7.) Familiar with manufacturing process/equipment concept of General shop;
8.) Familiar with quality system and engineering change process of General shop;
9.) Willing to continuously learn new technologies;
10.) Good cooperation and communication skills;
11.) Self initiated, fact based and result driven;
12.) Able to solve problems in structured ways;
13.) Flexible with the dynamic start-up environment and international team setup;
14.) Able to perform under pressure and committed to deliver and exceed expectations;
15.) Strong with issue identification/prioritization, resource deployment, execution management and results measurement.
16.) The knowledge of equipments and facilities of General assembly shop
17.) Good knowledge with facilities/equipments of General assembly shop;
18.) Good knowledge with quality assurance system, quality management, project management and supplier management.
19.) Educational background and language skills
20.) Bachelor/Master with an engineering/manufacturing background preferable.PMP certification is a plus.
21.) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
22.) Strong PPT skills.
