Job Setting Purpose

To oversee the whole factory’s KPI, through setting systems, waste/loss deployment, gap analysis and launch improvement teams to support factory KPI improvements and achieve yearly results. Also help to cultivate factory improving cultures.

Job Responsibilities

1) Conduct plant capacity analysis based on sales forecast data or rolling schedule
2) Validate & optimize shift pattern & production mode
3) Develop and update time standards for all shops
4) Report weekly & monthly HPV and other KPIs tracking records, provided with technical analysis and judgments
5) Lead the area HPV improvement contest by implementing lean concept
6) Conduct labor strategy planning to reduce labor cost
7) Establish and update EHPV database
8) Track and optimize line balance
9) Conduct time study
10) Provide technical analysis and judgments to support CIP teams for all shops

Competency Requirement

Content Knowledge 1) knowledge of lean manufacturing, IE, MTM and other time study methods, is required
2) Familiar with car manufacturing process, is preferred
3) Identify improvement opportunities with IE methods and lean manufacturing knowledge
4) Lead improvement team
5) Knowledge training to associates to build up IE concept
6) Productivity analyses & deployment
7) Good English communication skill
8) Good presentation skills
9) Strong initiative and team work spirit
Working Experience Minimum 3 years IE working experience

Education Background Bachelor degree, majored in Industrial Engineering or related fields
