Main Responsibility主要岗位职责：

• Be responsible to design new machines or optimization existing machines(High pressure cleaners, Vacuum, etc.)for ALA market;
• Communicate project items with external partners, AKW (our headquarter) and suppliers;
• Follow up the product realization process form product design to first samples till SOP;
• Coordinate the release process(first sample inspection)in cooperation between the involved departments(design and testing, QC and Purchasing...).

Konwledge & Skill Required知识技能要求：

• Bachelor degree in machanical engineering;
• More than 5 years experience in product development with good knowledge in plastic parts，die-casting;
• Familiar with 3D design methods and software; CATIA V5 experience would be an advantage;
• Good understanding of the product development and release process;
• Customer focus-willingness to understand customer requirements and transfer to suitable products;
• As part of an international team he/she should have a multicultural mindset and be a good team-player;
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
