Responsibilities/职责:

1.Stator winding and coil pitching.
定子绕组和线圈节距。
2.Responsible for work to be completed as per drawings conforming to process specifications, visual standards, operator checklist and quality plans.

3.Interpret engineering drawings.
对工程制图进行说明。
4.Carry out pre winding checks, ref. Bill of material and order material
进行绕线前检查，如物料清单和订单材料。
5.Cutting, forming and fitting stator connections.
定子连接的切割、成型以及装配。
6.Induction brazing.
感应钎焊。
7.Fitting of Resistance Temperature Detector sensors.
装配电阻温度探测器传感器。
8.Slot wedging.
槽部固定。
9.Coil bracing and packing.
线圈支撑和包装。
10.Oxy-acetylene brazing.
氧乙炔钎焊。
11.Working with mica.
工作中使用云母。
12.Inter-Lamination testing.
层间测试。
13.Fault finding and repair of HV insulation systems and coils.
故障探测以及高压绝缘系统和线圈的修复。
14.Hand taping and scarfing with insulation tapes also other appropriate tapes.
使用绝缘胶带或其它合适的胶带进行手动绕包和嵌接。
15.Manage material needs on workplace.
管理车间所需的材料。
16.Contribute to continuous process improvement to support production procedures.

17.Operate crane through driving, lifting and slinging - Desirable

18.May be required to work in other departments as directed by Line Manager.

Requirements/要求:

1. +4 year apprenticeship training including minimum level 3 qualifications, ONC, City & Guilds or national equivalent + at least 5 years job experience.
四年以上学徒培训，包括最低取得3级资格证书，以及至少五年的工作经验。
2. Significant experience of heavy winding procedures at a large rotating machine manufacturer.
拥有在一家大型旋转机械制造公司重型绕线职位的有效工作经验。
3. Significant demonstrable experience of stator winding, connections, HV insulation systems and fault finding techniques.
拥有可证明的定子绕线、连接、高压绝缘系统以及故障探测技巧的有效工作经验。
4. Interpret drawings, planning sheets and records and other documents needed for all assembly activities.
对装配所需的图纸、计划表单和记录以及其它文件进行说明。
5. Good knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
熟悉车间健康和安全规程。
6. Knowledge of resin rich insulation systems
熟悉聚酯绝缘系统。
7. Crane driving including lifting and slinging

8. Experience working within a Lean Manufacturing environment
