岗位要求/Requirement:

1.Electrical Engineering university degree, although candidates with lesser qualifications but with proven suitable experience will also be considered.
2.Required certificates for working in HV environment in accordance with existing legislation.
3.HV background.
4.Knowledge of insulation materials and procedures would be advantageous
5.Crane driving including lifting and slinging (Can be trained in place)
6.English language: Good
7.Working with control systems & hand held/manual measurement
8.Working to process specifications/engineering drawings.
9.Safe working in a HV environment.
10.Good appreciation of equipment and their operation and control.
11.Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word).
12.Experience with work under ISO 9001 conditions


职位职责/ Key Responsibilities:

1.High voltage electrical testing up to 100kV of stator coils, wound stators and samples in accordance with the process specification.
2.Preparation and wiring of stator coils, stators and samples for testing in accordance with Process Specification
3.Other quality inspections and testing on stator coils, stators and samples including basic mechanical measurements
4.Routine off load switching and connection/manipulation of AC/DC distribution systems.
5.Complete and maintain Test Record sheets and associated documentation related to product.
6.Ensuring all test equipment is in calibration.
7.Test results evaluation.
8.Investigation of failures and Root cause analyse.
9.Leads database of test results together with datas about stator coil manufacture.
10.Cooperation on development activities.
11.Stator coils manipulation for testing.
12.Required to liaise with internal/external stakeholders, which may include external customers witnessing tests.
13.Assure compliance of components to drawing, design specification, mechanical and/or electrical test acceptance criteria through test or calculation.
14.Raise non-conformance record for all non compliant components, including any required sign off.
15.Support risk assessments and safe working procedures within department.
16.Support with regards to assessment and requirement in the purchase of new or replacement equipment using areas of expertise.
17.Proactively support all departmental activities and improvement opportunities.

The Test Engineer should be competent in all routine aspects of the role. Tasks which are not routine or which demand originality should be handled with competence or guidance from a suitably competent colleague.
