Job Responsibilities

工作职责

1.Be responsible for product numerical control programming and optimization process of raw material cutting (sheet metal typesetting).

负责产品数控编程及优化原料裁切工艺（板材排版）

2.Be responsible for research and development of new technology and new equipment

负责新工艺新设备的研究和开发

3.Familiar with numerical control programming, capable of convert graphics files (CAD, etc.) into NC code (such as the G-code, etc.).

熟悉数控系统的编程,能将图形文件（CAD等）转换为数控加工代码（如G代码等）

4.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in integrated mechanical and electrical engineering, or numerical control and numerical control machining.

本科及以上，机电一体化、数控加工等专业

2.Have 3 to five years related working experience, be familiar with SCM machining center.

有3-5年相关工作经验，熟悉SCM加工中心

3.Be familiar with numerical control machine and control system, and processing of fixture or commercial

furniture. Could conduct numerical control programming independently, compile machining process of numerical control, including numerical control blanking.

熟悉数控机床及控制系统，熟悉展示道具或商业家具加工工艺，能独立完成数控编程，编制数控加工工艺，包括数控下料等工作

4.Be able to program by skilled using PRO/E or CAM module of UG, or programming software such as MASTERCAM, ALPHACAM. Also have the ability to debug and optimize the process.

能熟练运用PRO/E或UG的CAM模块或MASTERCAM、ALPHACAM编程软件进行编程和实际调试及优化程序的能力

5.Have great sense of responsibility, be proactive and positive, have good communication ability

工作有责任心，积极主动性强,有较好的沟通能力

6. Good command of reading and writing English, candidates with fluent spoken English will be preferred.
