Responsibilities

·Establish, maintain and develop EHS management system and culture for the company. Ensure EHS system is

operated and maintained in accordance with local laws and the company policies.
·Establish company EHS target, assign EHS targets to each department and track record.
· Regularly inspect and review workshops and offices in order to identify safety and environmental risks early

in advance.
·Participate in accident/incident prevention, investigation and mitigation and initiate corrective actions; Work injure insurance claim.
·Act as a consulting role to provide advice, guidance and interpretation to plant in the areas of safety, risk management, employee health, environment and related legislation to continuous upgrade all staff’s knowledge and leadership.
· Organize, facilitate and provide safety training to ensure employees develop the necessary safety skills and knowledge to meet the company and regulatory requirements.
·Lead, and coordinate with internal and external EHS audit. Follow up EHS audit findings and get it closed in a timely manner.
· Regularly reporting to the management about safety and environmental situation, risks improvements required

and action taken.
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualification/Requirements
· Over 4 years of EHS working experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong commitment to EHS compliance and continuous improvement.
· Bachelor degree with major in EHS related field.
· Ability to communicate effectively with plant staff, management and others.
· Good written and spoken English.
· Good work attitude is must.
