－ continuously improvement/determination of optimal technology and parameters for production processes including systems and methods for monitoring and achiving quality
－ cooperation at preparing technological documentation as technology plans, flow charts， safe work instructions, FMEA process, maintenance, working normatives, SPC.
－ control of technologic processes implementation
－ assessment and eliminating of processes deficiency system causes
－ system relevance of working stations ensurance
－ cooperation with other employees and external cooperators
－ implementation of　production procedure training on　other workers
－ cooperation at implementation of quality system management （ISO 9001， ISO 14001， ISO TS） and internal／external audits
－ continuously improvement of products， services and processes
－ ensuring of working stations orderliness
－ generating of necessary documents,archives,inputing datas to company's IT system, measurement of achieved results and reporting to the management
－ planning of personal growth, education and profesional progression

－　不断地改进，确定出生产过程中技术和参数的优化方案，包括监测质量的体系和方法
－　相互合作，准备技术资料， 如：技术方案，流程图，安全工作指导，失效模式和效果流程，维修，规范操作，统计过程控制等
－　控制技术工序的实施过程
－　评估和排除生产过程中缺陷产品的产生原因
－　确保工作台相关操作系统的有序运行
－　与其他员工和外部合作者相互协作
－　实施对其他员工进行生产操作程序的培训
－　参与实施质量管理体系（ISO 9001， ISO 14001， ISO TS），及内外评审计工作
－　不断地改进产品，服务，和工序
－　确保工作台操作系统的有序和稳定
－ 相关资料文件的制作与归档，公司IT系统的数据录入，评测所取得的销售业绩，并向管理层汇报
－　做好个人成长，教育，职业规划
