· Keeping the equipments working well.
· Participating the routine inspection and preventive /predictive maintenance activities of plant facilities
· Involvement into plant construction, equipment installation and commissioning, participate in projects as project engineer if needed.
· Being part of the 24h plant’s “on-call service”
· Implementation of SHE regulations during maintenance or project.
· Supervise contractors for the installation, relocation, removal and replacement of new and existing equipment.
· Monitor and stock of mechanical spare parts and initial request for replenishment to ensure no interruption of operation of the machinery repairing due to stock problems.
· Assess all equipments and make relatively preventive maintenance scheduling.
· Implement special equipments management under support with supervisor;
· Participate in trouble shooting analysis.
Assist E&I Engineer if needed.
Education Background教育及相关资格
· Junior college or above;
· Major in mechanics or engineering;
· Certificates of welding is necessary
Working Experience相关工作经验
More than 3 years plant maintenance experience in chemical or fine chemicals industries
Technical Knowledge专业知识技能
· Familiar with chemical process and common chemical equipments;
· Diagnose mechanical problems and implement maintenance independently;
· Good Windows Office skills;
AutoCAD skill is preferred.
