Routine production activities:日常生产活动
1. Perform a proper shift break at the beginning and end of shift. 做好轮班首尾接续工作
2. Co-ordinate and plan with field operator the task for the shift. 与作业员协调并安排轮班计划
3. Perform product switch in PCS and monitor field operators’ progress. 关注作业领域作业员的工作进度
4. Maintain good 5S standards for all his responsible area is a must. 在规定的区域进行5s操作.
5. Co-ordinate field activities with control room on start-up and shutdowns.协调产区内的控制室的开启和关闭
6. Perform LTCT when necessary. 必要的时候执行LTCT

EDUCATION BACKGROUD & WORKING EXPERIENCE教育背景和工作经验
Education: Above vocational/high school.教育：技校/高中以上学历
Working experience:
1)Minimum 1 year working experience in chemical plant with chemical background 有化工背景的需要至少一年化工企业工作经验
2)Minimum 2 years working experience in a chemical plant if no chemical background.无化工背景则至少需要两年化工企业工作经验
3)No work experience in a chemical plant with BS degree school.无化工经验的具有学士学位的毕业生。
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED其他的知识、技能和能力要求
1. Basic safety awareness. 了解基本的安全知识
2. Basic chemical process knowledge.对化工工艺有一定的了解
3. Must be able to understand relevant English messages. 能看懂相关的英文信息
