岗位描述

1、项目的建设过程中贯彻执行国家有关建筑安装的法律法规，贯彻执行公司的各项规章制度；
Implement country standard, company system during the project execution phase;
2、组织项目日常管理工作，制定各项管理制度；Organize daily work of project management, make management system;
3、协调建设、施工、监理各方工作；Coordinate development, construction, supervision’s work;
4、监督、控制建设工程施工质量及安全生产；Supervise and contral the quality of project;
5、公用动力日常运行及维护、维修（土建）；Facility & Utility operation, maintenance(CIVIL);
6、制定各项公用动力运行制度及备品备件清单（土建）；
Make system of Facility & Utility, spare list;
7、组织各方进行项目竣工验收工作；
Organize project acceptance;
8、审查项目验收资料。Examine data of project;

岗位要求

1. 良好的中英文沟通能力
Good communication in both Chines and English
较强的工作责任心Strong sense of responsibility
熟悉各种建筑工程规范 Know all kinds of construction standard
2. 熟练使用CAD, Office等办公软件
Skilled use of CAD, Office etc.
3. 至少从事建设工程项目管理工作4年以上.设计经验优先。
Work in project management at least 3 years.
Design experiences will be a plus.
5. 本科或者以上学历
College or above，Structural engineering or Architectural engineering.
