Job Responsibility

1.Design, development and implementation of Material Handling Systems in Qoros Plant.
2.Create the material handing plan for every part - inside Qoros Plant.
3.Design logistic area layouts, material flow in shops, required equipment, interfaces with production and related processes.
4.Create and lead cross functional team in designing technical solutions (equipment, layouts, handling) for parts handling in the plant.
5.Design processes and procedures for material handling.
6.Cooperate with equipment suppliers, packaging team, manufacturing engineering and production team – to finalize Logistic Processes in the Plant.

Job Requirement
1.3-5 years of experience as logistic engineer/engineering leaded or senior engineer.
2.Good knowledge of logistic process in the plant and material handling systems.
3.Good knowledge of OEM Plant processes and standards.
4.Ability to design technical solutions and lead their implementation.
5.General knowledge of vehicle manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and industry standards.
6.Ability to read CAD drawings and layouts.
7.Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Logistics.
8.Basic leadership and project management skills.
9.Ability to work under pressure and with cross functional team.
10.Ability to work independently. Task orientation.
11.Basic knowledge on production/operation related topics and interfaces to logistics and material handling.
