职位描述
任职要求:
1.有3年以上汽车行业销售经验;
2.能看懂机械图纸及理工科背景者优先考虑;
3.能熟练使用Excel、Word和PPT等办公软件
4.具备顺畅的英文书写邮件能力,并具有简单日常英文会话与交流能力;
5.具有对内对外较强的沟通能力,汇报总结能力以及组织协调能力;
6.具有独立负责客户管理、进行日常性业务对应的能力,同时需具备新客户开发的潜能;
7.性格随和淡定,具有亲和力;处理问题沉着冷静,具备一定的抗压能力,从全面大局出发考虑问题;工作用心,认真,踏实,积极,诚实,稳定;
8.积极配合上司的工作,完成公司的销售指标,同时搞好团队建设;
9.与客户建立信任可靠的业务关系,朋友关系,合作伙伴关系;
10.为了公司的业绩增长,提供更好的合理化建议;
11.进行换位思考,不断的改善与提高。
职位职责:
-Acts as primary local commercial contact for company at designated customer(s)
-Performs overall coordination with designated customer(s)
-Facilitates and/or conducts all commercial business discussions & negotiations at designated customer(s)
-Leads all company commercial presentations to designated customer(s)
-Primary source of designated customer-specific business forecasting information for company
-Promptly advises the senior management of any significant designated customer-specific business issues
-Maintains regular, scheduled contact with all appropriate commercial designated customer personnel
-Ensure the prompt and porper internal communication and coordination of designated customer requirements/requests and respective the responses
-Maintains local accessibility to designated customer(s) to readily deal with technical, commercial, quality or production issues, on Litens' behalf
-Arranges and participates in designated customer visits to company
-Maintains knowledge of or participation in all correspondence ; designated customer(s)
-Maximizes efforts to maintain positive company image at designated customer(s)
-Maintains continuous knowledge of designated customer-specific changes in technical or commercial business policy, as specifically applicable to Litens or to supply base in general
-Provides support of, or support to all the initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
-Continuously provide support over your customer(s)' annual price reduction requests/programs
-Continuously maintain effective internal Group support ; coordination of all significant business communications involving your designated custom(s), specifically including the coordination of applicable global business implications
-Assume primary responsibility for leadship of the Purchase Order/Contact review; negotiation progres with your designated customer(s)
-Assist the Accounting Dept. with tracking; follow-up and resolution of invioce payment issues / problems, for prototype or production parts, through direct verbal or written contact with customer
-As assigned by sales manager or senior management
