2.Minimum 3 years work experience in the alternator sector
3.Working knowledge of alternator sector
4.customer liaison experience
5.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills,assertiveness,ability to work under pressure,analytical,proactive and professional
所需培训：
1.Working knowledge of accessory drive systems and decoupler
2.Litens' and automotive industry design practices(i.e FMEA,DVP,Quality systems,etc)
