任职要求:
1.人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management or related.
2.受过战略管理、人力资源管理、组织变革管理等方面的培训
Strategic management, human resource strategice management, change management and other aspects of training.
3.五年以上相关工作经验
Minimum of five years' experience in related field
years relevant working experience.
4.依据法律法规对公司人事制度进行更新及解决人事问题
According to the laws and regulations for the company personnel system update and solve the problem.
5.对人及组织变化敏感,具有很强的沟通、协调和推进能力
Have a strong ability of communication, coordination and propulsion.
职位职责:
1.参与制定人力资源战略规划,为重大人事决策提供建议和信息支持。
In the development of human resources strategic planning, and provide advice and information support for the major personnel decisions.
2.制定招聘计划、进行面试与筛选,保证工厂用工需求
Develop a plan of recruitment, interview and selection to ensure factory labor demand.
3.完善和实施绩效管理制度,对各部门绩效评价过程监督控制
Perfect and implement performance management system, supervision and control of each department performance evaluation process.
4.依据法律法规对公司人事制度进行更新及解决人事问题
According to the laws and regulations for the company personnel system update and solve the problem of the personnel.
5.依据需求计划、组织并实施公司培训
On the basis of demand planning, organization and implementation of company training.
6.塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化,协调及与员工积极沟通
Shaping, maintenance, development and dissemination of corporate culture, to coordinate and communicate with employees.
