1. Minimum 3 years HR experience in manufacturing company.

2. HR working experience in MNC is preferred.

3. HR Generalist experience is preferred.

1. General and comprehensive HR knowledge.

2. Chemical knowledge is preferred.

Can communicate in English in oral and written.

职位描述：

1. General HR:

l Implement/communicate Nuplex China HR policy, process, program in Changshu site.

l Handle day-to-day HR affairs independently and ensure availability of HR services locally.

l Cooperate closely with local managers and employees.

l Provide consultancy/support to staff and line managers on people related issues.

l Follow up HR KPIs.

l Organize people selection, interview and recruiting as per hiring plan.

l Complete new employee on board formalities timely and correctly.

l Set up new employee internal database.

l Organize and complete new employee orientation.

l Collect and suggest the information of training courses and suppliers.

l Organize and coordinate internal and external training activities of site as per annual training plan.

l Evaluate training result and efficiency.

l Conduct attendance/leave/overtime calculation/statistic.

l Schedule and organize employee activities.

l Suggest/manage employee welfare programs and clubs.

l Find potential problems or desires of people and report to manager timely.

l Collect local market practice and prevalence in HR management.

l Maintain good relationship with local government authorities.

l Maintain good image of company.

2. Administration work:

During the absence of Admin Assistant, take care of daily administration work such as receptionist, working meal, shuttle bus, office cleaning, furniture, daily using, stationary, etc.
