· Implement and improve SHE items;

· Identify, develop and optimize resin synthesis process, keep products at consistent quality level while minimizing manufacturing cost and process waste;

· Introduction of new products and scale up to industry production;

· Develop deep understanding of key process elements and chemistry mechanism;

· Trouble shooting to abnormal process and production incident;

· Routine check and analysis of process data;

· Document the process developed and any findings or discovering;

· Establish continuous improvement programs at R&D lab to improve the EHS and relevant working performance;

· Work with other people in cross-function to perform the work assigned;

· Determine suitability and availability of between process and equipments, suggest modifications as needed;

· Early identification of processing hurdle and safety concerns and suggests alternatives;

· Evaluate suppliers in collaboration with project team.

· Set up and revise production SOPs;

Process training to related production staff.
