Our client is a market leader in the field of plastics. They are looking for a Commercial Director, who will work closely with the VP to
(1)Set up, develop and implement strategy in Asia Pacific region.
(2)Manage the BU Plastics in all aspects of the P&L.
(3)Build and lead the Sales&Marketing Team and the organization.
(4)Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, technology changes and drivers further down the value chain.
(5)Expand, motivate and coach the team to achieve tangible results.
Desired Skills and Experience
(1)Master Degree, with major in chemical, polymer or marketing preferred.
(2)Minimum of five years management experience.
(3)Sales experience in Plastics industry is a must.
(4)Excellent written and oral English.
(5)Excellent communication, presentation skills.
(6)Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
