Responsibilities
? Responsible for project management for all door and window sealing, thermal parts. Experience on sealing highly preferred.
? Conduct potential supplier audit and process control plan audit.
? Ensure the supplier understand CQAC supplier quality assurance requirements and comply with them.
? Coordinate with cross functional team, monitor and support supplier's implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning process.
? Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures..
? Monitor quality and delivery performance of suppliers to identify elevated risks and drive correction before problems impact CQAC facilities.
? Drive continuous quality improvement across the supplier base he is responsible for.
? Escalate the critical issues to management for support.

Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree with an engineering or manufacturing discipline preferable.
? Minimum 2 years experience as SQE. Experience on sealing parts preferred.
? Good supplier quality background, proved professional skill on supplier quality assurance.
? Familiar with quality assurance tools..
? Good experience with project management/review and supplier audit.
? Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with suppliers and cross functional team.
? Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
