Key Objectives 主要职责:

1, Ensure timely and accurately monthly cost closing 每月按时、准确地进行成本核算和关帐
2, Standard cost review and release periodically 定期标准成本审核和发布
3, Develop cost control system and work with Operation team for accuracy of data collection and cost saving purpose成本控制系统设立, 与营运团队一起致力于数据收集和成本节约目标的准确性
4, Prepare report and analysis cost result, including investigation of variance and the interpretation准备报告和分析成本结果,包括调查结果的差异和解释
5, Margin analysis and pricing calculation 利润分析和报价计算

6, Monthly and quarterly reporting preparation, tracking and reporting and monitor capital spending 月度和季度报告的准备，跟踪和监控资本支出
7, Assist in preparation of annual budget and strategic planning, and quarterly financial rolling forecast. 协助年度预算和公司战略计划，以及季度财务滚动预测
8, Ad hoc analysis and reports required 临时报告

Qualification任职要求

1, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance本科以上学历，会计或金融专业
2, At least 5 years experiences in finance, costing, budgeting or related area, preferably with multi-national manufacturing company experience 至少五年财务、成本、预算或相关领域的工作经验，有外资制造企业经验有先
3, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, word and PPT 熟练应用Microsoft Excel, word and Power Point等办公软件
4, Strong attention to detail and down to earth 关注细节
5, U-soft experience is a plus 有用友软件使用经验者优先
6, Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment具备在快速变化环境中合理安排工作、确保按时完成任务的能力

7, Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills 有团队精神、优秀的沟通能力

8, Good command of written and reading, oral English skill will be prefer 有英语读写能力，有会话能力有先
