Job Scope

• Responsible for overall maintenance performance in the Paint-shop, including trouble shooting, repair and functional equipment optimization
• Supports and assures successful launch of the new Paint-Shop
• Assures maintenance business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including People, Safety, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost and Environmental Initiatives
• Supports manufacturing in achieving their business objectives

Skill and Experience Required

• Candidate have held similar position in Paint-shop at another automotive OEM for at least 3-5 years
• Candidate should be familiarization of lean manufacturing and a 'working knowledge' of it within the maintenance area.
• Knowledge of electrical control /PLC.
• Candidate musy have good communication skills.
• Candidate must have English speaking ability.
• Candidate must have team oriented leadership skills
• Candidate must have a Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or related.
