Job Scope

ü Communicate with contractor in technique\ drawing checking \ equipment brand selecting

ü Responsible for investigation to the subcontractor on-the-site; supervising the equipment installation and commissioning to improve the product quality

ü Prepare painting process procedures. Technical support on site, and trouble shooting of quality issues.

ü Responsible for process parameter establishing and back-check, hold meeting regularly to push relative party to improve quality

ü Participate in the design of new product (line) and new process, and responsible for manufacturing management of workshop.

ü Responsible for technical planning modification and trouble shooting during pre-production.

ü Prepare and apply the painting corrective plans and inspection.

ü Monitor the technical change in process operation and process procedure .

ü Responsible for analyzing and pushing problems solving on site.

Skill and Experience Required

ü 4+ years of experience in automobile painting process & designCompetencies

ü Knowledge of automobile painting technology and process. Knowledge & Ability of coating material requirements, inspection standards & technology and coating performance requirements.

ü Knowledge of process and basic ability of production line design. Engineers who has ability and experience of on site trouble shooting.

ü Certain ability in English listening speaking reading and writing
