Main Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate competency matrix together with on-site leaders in operation related department
2. Manage training process for operation related department including needs analysis / training plan programming / implementation / recording
3. Coordinate resources (trainer, venues, materials, tec.) from an economical perspective for operation related department;
4. Conduct a sufficient training system in operation related department according to TS16949 requirements to meet all kinds of audits
5. Give lessons to new associates / junior team members on orientation and other technical basic knowledge

Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Science & Engineering background
2. At least 3 years working experience in multinational manufacturing enterprises, has experience related to HR management is preferred
3. Logical thinking and Problem oriented model, can work independently
4. Good communication skills in Chinese and English
5. Good organization and presentation skills to give lessons as internal lecturer
6. Good computer skill for Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
