ü Develop welding specification for body shop, plan and support to implement the welding system for new projects, support welding process development for new project.

ü Planning and Development of welding processing according to BOP/BOE.

ü Specification development for the welding system. Plan and support to implement the welding system in the new projects

ü New technology learning and introduction to production. Commonize the process/ M+E for different facilities.

ü Responsible for welding problem solving of production and new projects.

ü Train the welding engineers in the shop for new specification and technology
