ü Coordinate the activities of a group of production workers so that the team meets established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.

ü Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with

instructions.

ü Perform basic maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot problems, or arrange for equipment to be repaired or serviced by appropriate technicians.

ü Monitor the performance and output of the team and re-assign production tasks and inputs to ensure that production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards are met.

ü Maintain accurate daily production records for the team or group so that manufacturing performance can be analysed.

ü Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use production equipment or resolve problems.

ü According to the production plan, ensure production line run smoothly, on time &in the same standard, and ensure production volume for shift.

ü Manage manpower of the group, and ensure all teams are capable to run with regard to labor and follow absenteeism replacement concept.

ü Continue to balance cycle time in each team, reduce non-value added cycle time and cost of manpower.
