Job responsibility:
- Coordinate with different departments on headcount forecast planning, analysis and control
- Establish and improve Staffing system, set up and facilitate policy and procedure in staffing field, make sure all the processes are in accordance with legal compliance
- Set up and identify for the right recruitment channels on different recruitment requirements, to make sure the recruitment procedure efficient and effective
- Search and shortlist candidate and arrange interview for hiring departments
- Participate in positions' selection process to ensure efficient and effective recruitment event
- Set up and conduct University Relationship Program, organize and conduct Campus Recruitment Program
- Exit interview with termination employees to find the reason and improve accordingly

Job requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above
- With over 2 years working experience in staffing in multi-national company, LED or semi-conductor industry is preferred
- Master of candidate searching skill, interview skill, presentation skill, project management, etc.
- Knowledge & experience of laws, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules
- Good at office skill & statistics
- Good at English speaking & writing
