Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1 管理客户定单，保证100%按时交货率；控制空运成本

2 制定中长期产能计划

3 制定生产计划，避免停产

4 运用JIT和精益生产的理念，制定物料采购定单及跟踪物料的交货情况

5 管理供应商，使其满足公司中长期的物料需求；协助质量和采购部门，提高供应商的绩效

6 库存控制，负责呆滞物料的管理

7 协助新项目的投产直至结束，ECN的变更

8 调整物流计划

9 制定计划流程

10 直接主管安排的其它相关工作

Education/Experience

1 本科以上学历

2 熟悉汽车行业通用标准/,TS16949,客户特殊要求(MMOG)

3 具有客户服务，生产计划和物料计划等知识

4 良好的沟通能力和表达能力

5 2到3年的相关工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验为佳

6 良好的英语听说读写能力

7 了解ISO14001

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Manage customers demand to make sure 100% on time delivery and prevent premium freight cost.
2 Master planning to balance mid-term/long-term capacity
3 Release detailed scheduling to manufacturing and support manufacturing to run smoothly, without unexpected
shutdown
4 Make out material planning following JIT and lean production, release PO to suppliers and track the material.
5 Work with supplier to make sure they understand the material requirement in short-term and long-term. Monitor
the delivery performance of suppliers, work with quality and purchasing team to improve suppliers’ performance
6 Control Inventory and slow moving / obsolete material
7 Support new product launch, ECN and product phased out
8 Coordinate logistics planning and terms of trade
9 Manage the planning process to support quality system
10 Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.

Education/Experience
1 Bachelor or above
2 Familiar with general standards, e.g. TS 16949, Customer specific requirement(MMOG)
3 Extensive knowledge of customer service, production planning and material planning
4 Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey information in a
clear, focused and concise manner
5 2~3 years of related experience, working at automotive components company is preferred.
6 Fluency in both spoken and written English.
7 Knowledge on ISO14001
