职位描述
1. Project Management.
Engineer will be the natural project manager for small project/task within the CBU/ AHU product range ex. Product improvement, cost reduction, third party test and certifications.
2. Product Management.
In roll as the product supervisor he/she will be the gate keeper and will have the technical responsibilities of product.
Participate in evaluation of unit production standards and procedures to improve production time, quality and material costs.
Support Wuxi production and sourcing with technical guidance and advice and evaluation of initial deliveries.
Support the product manager for external documentation Catalogues, installation &maintenance manual, data sheet etc.
3. Support outside of Wuxi.
The Engineer has to be able to support and coach the sales and project managers when special knowledge regarding Air handling and sound are need.
Support commissioning team with technical advice and participate in evaluation of commissioning reports.
4. Learn and work according to the local operation procedures (LOP).
5. Building up engineering skills for re-designs in connection with costumer’s special requirements.
6. Preparation of quotation for non standard unit production. Finalize design and part selection for non standard units, based on Design parameters.
7.Follow up on customer feedback.
任职要求
1.Bachelor or Master degree in engineering (HVAC).
2. 1）6 years or above work experience of ventilation and air-handling. Thermodynamic - general education
2）General knowledge and education regarding ventilation systems
3) Knowledge regarding central Air handling equipment/systems
4) General knowledge and education regarding sound calculation and sound attenuation
5) Fans
a) General knowledge regarding aerodynamic, fan laws and fan technology
b) Sound from fans
6) Air terminals – Inlet boxes, diffusers.
a) Technology
b) Sound
7) Requirement in standard and regulations
a) General standards for testing/calculation
b) Marine standards
8) Knowledge regarding vibration
