As a company ranking among the three largest suppliers of plants and equipment to the metals industry, worldwide, Danieli is now undergoing its Golden periods. Its business expands rapidly all over the world., especially in China.

In order to enhance and promote Danieli’s talents pool, strengthen the follow-up potential in future development, Danieli Group decide to carry out Asia Pearl program in China.
为加强和提升达涅利的人才储备,补充后续发展潜力,达涅利集团决定在中国开展“东方明珠”人才培养发展计划。

Through this project, Danieli would like to absorb around 30 excellent people all over China. The positions cover Technical Sales, Technical/Engineering, Project Management, and Process Technology.

通过这个计划,达涅利希望在中国吸纳约30余位杰出的候选人,职位涵盖技术销售、技术工程师、项目管理以及工艺人员。

Candidates who are selected to join this program will stay in Danieli Headquarter in Italy for at least two years. During the two years, candidates will receive trainings conducted by experienced technologists. Witness the Danieli headquarters’ features and fast growing.

被选中加入此计划的候选人将被送往位于意大利的达涅利总部,在总部接受经验丰富的技术专家的培训,见证达涅利意大利总部的风采及其飞速发展。

When the two years training comes to the end, candidate will be authorized prioritized opportunity of Danieli China. The career development would be prosperous.

1. Technical Sales

Responsibilities:
1. To find potential customers & projects;
2. To find responsible persons inside the customers;
3. To build up and maintain good connection and friendship with customer/project responsible;
4. To prepare technical proposals and make costing/OSF under the guidance of sales manager;
5. To go for technical discussion meetings with customers;
6. To prepare the bidding documents and go for bid opening & clarification meetings;
7. To implement the set sales strategy for assigned customer or products;
8. To develop sales forecast and budget for his responsible customers/regions;
9. Responsible for the achievement of sales goals
10. Monitoring and anticipate of competitor and market activities; derivation of necessary consequences for sales activities
11. Customers satisfaction: customer development plans, improvement of sales and related processes to ensure customer satisfaction

2. Technical Engineering

Responsibilities:
1. Direct design, development and improvement design for the organization products.
2. Ensures that good technical engineering concepts are used in the development of products.
3. Coordinate with other functions in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for projects.
4. Other Assigned Work.

3. Project Management

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and implementation of project
2. Define project tasks and resource requirements
3. Manage project budget and resource allocation
4. Quality assurance
5. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
6. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
7. Define project scope, goals and respect time and cost of each job assigned
8. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
9. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
10. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
11. Work in team with all the offices involved in the Project execution (sales, technical office, procurement, financing/controlling and shipping department)

4. Process Technology

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for setting up the process and calculations, supporting technical sales and execution of projects of Chinese metallurgical industry;
2. Setting up a personal relationship with the client’s persons;
3. In case of technical problems, contact with the headquarters timely and make an effective communication between the customer and our company.
