职位描述
1. The work responsibilities range from developing concepts to characterizingcircuits for signal and power routing, using electromagnetic field solvers toanalyze wave propagation, deriving electrical models of circuits and recommendingchanges to improve electrical performance.
2. Helping customers across a wide range of sectors solving their high speed datatransmission problems.
3. Use quasi-static and full wave EM field solvers (such as CST, XFDTD, HFSS) tosimulate complex circuits and circuit assemblies.
4. Use network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and time domain reflectometer (TDR) tocharacterize circuit performance.
5. Perform radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis,interference analysis, frequency coordination, and parameter definitions.
6. Summarize complex simulation results into concise models and derive designguidelines.
7. Provide regular updates and project status to functional manager and/or projectteam leader. Conduct technical design reviews with the project team andindependent subject matter experts across the company.
要求：
1. Expertise in Circuit and FPC layout, Signal Integrity issues in FPC layout.
2. Have a solid understanding of Electromagnetics (EM), Radio Frequency (RF)circuitry and Signal Integrity (SI).
3. Have a great understanding of the application, analysis and implementation oftransmission lines such as microstrip and strip lines for high frequency planarcircuit designs.
4. Understands the mechanisms that affect the loss in transmission lines.
5. Fluency with: GenFlex, CAM350, Cadence Allegro, AutoCAD, Solid Works tools.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance several projectssimultaneously.
7. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently or with minimalsupervision.
10. Microsoft Office suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projectetc
11. Excellent organizational and time management skills and consistentlydemonstrate track record of accomplishments.
12. Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
13. M.S.E.E. plus 2 years relative experience.
14. Experience in the hardware design of consumer electronics products isdesirable.
