Responsibilities:

Ensure and optimize all production achieve the target of quality, quantity and deliver time.
Organize maintenance for the equipment with regard to cost optimization, efficiency and targets.
Assure preventive maintenance acc. to schedule, ensure production smoothly.
Push Lean Production, Optimize the process according to BOSLE principles.
Push Lean actions implementation with all department in plant. (IC/PPS, Lean Check, Lean Workshop, Best Practice)
Make professional and disciplinary instruction and guidance of the subordinate employees.
Compile department budget and control department expense, and investments of equipment.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of TS 16949 & ISO 14001 well,good Safety and quality knowledge in production .
More than 5-yearshop floor management experience.
Good leader ship and communication skill
Good Lean Production knowledge
Skillfull use CIP tools, train and inspire employee implement Lean Production
