Reporting to the Cost & Manpower manager, this role is responsible for planning and coordination of all manufacturing staff and hourly manpower requirements on all current and future vehicle programmes, including manpower planning and strategies to meet the company operating strategy and cycle plan.
The manpower planning team work on current and new programmes, ensuring that the programmes deliver to their manpower targets. The scope of delivery is from pre programme start (PS) through the virtual phases and into series production.

1. Fully conversant in the varying Hour Per Car/Hour Per Vehicle (HPC / HPV) /Headcount calculations and reporting outputs精通各种单车工时/人力计算和报告
2. Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline. 相关专业学历
3. Understanding of manpower planning tools and techniques applied to both current and new models理解人力规划工具和技巧并能在当前和新品中应用。
4. Strong ability to coach/train people ie excellent oral and written communication skills. 良好的培训和教导能力,优秀的口头和书面交流能力。
