General Mission：
任务概述：
本职(General responsibility)编制本公司销售成本分析报告，为公司国际国内新项目投标提供技术支持并协助项目管理部门制定项目成本控制计划。深入调查研究国内竞争对手及供应商成本信息并与本部门同事分享，提升本部门员工专业技能水平，为优化部门工作提供有力支持。
Making the company's sales cost analysis report, provides technical supports for bidding activity of the new project and assists Project dept. to make project cost control plan. Deep investigating the local competitors and supplier’s cost information and sharing with colleagues, in order to improve the technical competence colleagues and optimize the work efficiency of costing team.
Main Responsibilities：
岗位具体职责：
1. 协助部门经理组织制定健全公司成本管理工作标准、办法的规程。Assists dept. Manager to establish & improve working standards and process of project costing management.
2. 编制公司投标项目成本分析报告。Making cost analysis report for the project that will be invited for bidding.
3. 协助公司销售人员参与项目竞标。Assists sales people to participate in bidding activities.
4. 协助项目管理部门确定项目成本控制目标。Assists Project dept. to confirm project cost control objective.
5. 深入调研国内竞争对手及供应商成本信息。Making deep investigation of local competitor’s and supplier’s cost information.
6. 调查国内市场原材料（铸件、锻件等）价格信息，分析零部件加工工艺及工时，优化成本分析报告。Investigating the raw material (forging and casting etc.) price in local market, analyzing machining process and time, optimizing the cost report.
7. 与部门员工交流自身经验及培训，分享调研结果，提升团队整体能力。Sharing and training for colleagues, to improve the technical competence of costing team.
8. 参与建立本公司产品加工成本数据库。Participates in setting up cost database for our products.
9. 本部门其它相关职责。Other daily works of Costing depart.
Requirements：
候选者资格要求：
1. 大专及以上学历。3-years college or above.
2. 机械制造专业。Major in mechanical manufacture.
3. 钢铁工业或机械制造业8年以上工作经验。Minimum 8-years experiences in steel & iron industry or mechanical manufacture field.
4. 熟悉重型机械设备及零配件加工工艺、加工方法、工时计算。Be familiar with machining process, method, time estimating in heavy mechanical equipment and spare parts.
5. 较强的沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力、分析能力。Good skill of communication, coordination, organization, and composition.
6. 良好的团队合作精神、敬业精神、责任心；思维开阔，较强的自我激励能力。Good team player, strong skill on solidarity, strong responsibility, open mind, and self-motivated.
7. 能读懂英文技术文件及规范。Good ability in reading English documents and standards.
8. 熟练的计算机操作能力。Proficient in MS-office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
