Main Responsibilities主要职责

1. Responsible for maintaining Oracle Bills of Materials , routings , etc of new , existing and changed items.

负责维护系统中现有的.新建的或需改变的物料的BOM表和路径等参数。

2. Involved in inventory tracking(cycle counting, inventory reduction, negative inventory, etc.)

参与库存跟踪，包括循环盘点，降低库存和负库存等等。

3. Responsible for customer shipping schedule base on customer requirements and make the production planning and materials replenishment accordingly.

根据客户需求负责安排出货计划并制定相应的生产计划和物料补充计划。

4. Responsible for maintenance and set-up of external pull system to suppliers

负责建立和维护给供应商的外部电子订单系统。

5. Involved in Oracle system upgrade and testing

参与Oracle系统的升级和测试。

6. Responsible for system trouble shooting including pending transactions, receiving / shipping issues, etc.

负责解决各种系统问题的解决，包括待处理的物料移转，收货/发货的问题，等等。

7. Responsible for customer and supplier communication

负责与客户及供应商的日常沟通。

8. Involved in Annual Physical Inventory.

参与年终库存盘点。

9.Responsible for coordinating and following up with other departments on any system issues.

负责协调与跟进与其他部门在系统方面的问题。

10. Perform other duties and assignment that may be required by Material Manager.

执行物料经理交办的其它工作。
