Knowledge& Skills
1. 5+ years’ experience in automotive industry, managing manufacturing engineering(Gear experience preferred)
2. Professional knowledge and skills in manufacturing engineering required;
3. Professional knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes required;
4. Gear process and engineering knowledge preferred;
5. Good interpersonal and management skills required;
6. Ability to work under pressure and multitasking required;
7. Knowledge and experience in PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow and PPAP required;
8. Professional knowledge and skills in program management;
9. Good knowledge and skills in team lead;
10.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;
11.Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001;
12.Familiar with MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and AutoCAD;

Special Working Requirement:
1.Familiar with machining technology, such as CNC programming, cutting tools design and selection, fixtures and gages design, CNC equipment operations etc.
2.Knowledge of Gear Teeth Cutting, Single Flank Testing and Lapping Process preferred. Plans, directs and coordinate new gear product launch and manage daily gear process issues in the plant.

Main Responsibility
1.Coordinate all activities required to launch Gears to meet program timing and final goal.
2.Provide required information for Program Reviews and Gate Reviews.
3.Lead PPAP readiness and Launch readiness gate review.
4.Participate daily production meeting and support Gear Process on a daily basis.
5.Lead Gear OEE and FTQ Improvement initiatives in the plant.
6.Procurement and Certification of gear equipment including attending run offs at supplier to certify the machines.
7.Organize the supplier gate reviews to review the quality and timing of the machine design and build.
8.Work with Gear Development Engineers on developing new gear ratios.
9.Complete certification book for gear manufacturing equipment.
10.Order required tooling for new machines.
11.Perform other duties as assigned.
