JOB SUMMARY
Support of business development in Asia, coordination of product localizations, support customer trails, UL management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling of UL registration with direct contact of AS US and AS DE
Technical Support mold / extrusion / blow molding trails
Support sales team technical requests
Provide broad plastic knowledge to STEP
Provide support on customers complaint
Analyze rework, use in production and implement improvement actions
Plan and execute new product transfer to China
Handle qualification and validation process (PPAP)
Analyze and document trails sequences
Support for optimization and products and processes



Education
Bachelor degree or above, technical or chemical engineering will be priority.
Training
Accepted the training on sales and product skills, business negotiation, and products knowledge.
Experience
8 years experience in Product Management, Manufacturing Management, R&D or business development in engineering plastics/chemical industry.
Skills
Be familiar with products function and quality requirement.
Be familiar with market developments and situation.
Strong leadership, project management skills, time management and problem solving skills..
Will be both technically competent as well as have market understanding.
Good command of oral and written English.
Attitude
A good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
