Job Responsibility
1.Manage RPO project for worker recruitment specifically;
2.Manage and cooperate with RPO supplier to make sure good delivery according to timeline in order to meet business targets;
3.Develop strong relationships with both internal customer and external suppliers
4.Maintain and improve assessment materials.
5.Work as a business partner with specified functions
Requirement:
1.A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2.Significant recruitment experience (5 years or more) with a proven track record of
delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction.
3.Well-developed interpersonal skills. The capacity to develop formal and informal
relationships and networks in order to engage and build rapport with clients, peers
and suppliers.
4.Good organizational skills. Ability to priorities work load.
5.Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Windows packages.
6. Excellent English language skills, written, spoken and reading.
7.Experience of working in an automotive company.
