职位描述
主要职责：
1. Lead the construction and facilities project management of the Quality Centre. This will include working with suppliers and contractors to ensure commissioning and buy-offs of all facilities, and ensuring timing is aligned to the high level plant timing plan.
管理质量中心的土建及设备项目。包含与供应商，承包商紧密合作以完成所有设备的验收和购买，确保时间与高层工厂时间计划的一致性。
2. Develop the Quality Centre Processes, such as Dynamic Audits (Squeaks & Rattles Testing, Static Water Test, Air Leakage, Calibration, Weld/Torque Integrity, Metrology etc)
开发质量中心工艺，如动态测试（异响测试，静态淋雨测试， 密闭性测试，尺寸测试，焊装/扭矩完整性测试，计量学测试等）
3. Responsible for the continued up keep of the whole Quality Centre. This will include Maintenance Schedules, Calibration of Equipment and ensuring safe practices are adopted within all sub departments of the Quality Centre.
对质量中心日程运行及维护负责。包含维护计划，设备校验及确保在质量中心及下属部门中的安全操作。
4. Develop robust plans to support Launch and Production Audit Schedules.
开发支持上市组及产品审核计划组的行之有效的计划。
5. Responsible for supporting the plant with complex problem investigations using the resources available within the Quality Centre.
运用质量中心的资源支持工厂复杂问题调查。
6. Responsible for the Weld / Torque Integrity Control Plan, that will take place within Body In White and Trim & Final Assembly on a daily basis.
负责在焊装车间，总装车间的日常焊装/扭矩完整性控制计划。
岗位要求：
1. Experience in managing a Quality Centre or similar large Quality Department.
有管理质量中心或类似大小的质量部门的经验
2. Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位
3. Strong ability to coach/train people ie excellent oral and written communication skills. In both Chinese and English.
有以口头或书面方式培训员工的能力。包括中文及英文。
4. Experience in Manufacturing and Quality.
有制造或质量经验
5. Good working knowledge of problem solving, failure mode avoidance and continuous improvement.
有好的问题解决知识，懂FMEA和持续改进
6. Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
能够解释和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议
7. Strong drive, commitment, flexibility and confidence to
achieve goals.
