Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage sales activities including technical services to achieve the sales targets;
• Visit customers regularly to identify and develop new business;
• Gather market intelligence to support business decisions;
• Develop CPB brand & expand sales in China;

Key Requirements:

• A technical degree with minimum 8 years work experience in the cement industry, at least 3 of which leading a technical sales team;
• Knowledgeable of cement process and good networking in the industry;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and computer applications;
• Good leadership, inter-personal & negotiation skills & highly mobile

主要职责：

1. 以达到销售目标为目的，领导并管理销售项目，包括技术服务

2. 定期拜访客户，并开拓新业务

3. 采集市场资讯，为经营决策做准备

4. 拓展CPB品牌及在中国的销售业务

职位要求：

1. 有一定的技术水平，在水泥行业有8年以上的工作经验，并至少有3年以上的管理经验

2. 熟知水泥加工进程，在此行业有良好的人脉关系

3. 精通英语，听、说、写，和计算机应用

4. 优秀的领导能力，外向、热情、善于交际
