Responsibilities

工作职责

- Responsible for checking payment in order to make sure all the expenses are compliance with company policy, and ensure the timely payment.

核查付款单据确保所有的费用符合公司的政策, 同时确保付款的及时性.

- Be responsible for invoice issues.

开具销售发票

- Making sure of timely input of all financial journals

确保所有财务数据及时入帐

- Month end intercompany balance confirmation

月末内部公司的对帐

- Preparing statutory reports and tax declaration

准备法定报表及税务申报

- Assist Finance Manager on internal control and finance analysis, yearly budget, internal and external audit.

协助财务经理的内部控制及财务分析,年度预算, 内部外部审计的工作

- Other duties and assignments given by the Finance Manager

其他财务经理分配的工作任务.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree, major in accounting

- 2 or more years experience on accounting

- Full of teamwork spirit

- Good interpersonal skill, good at communication

- Quick learner and be able to work under high pressure

- MS office skill

- CET6
