Responsibilities
1. Define and update the Sourcing Plan by cross functional working with commodity teams and PE Program Management
2. Support to prepare product initiatives collecting and elaborating information relating the product costs, vendor tooling and EDD
3. Define and update the costs forecast relating the vendor tooling and EDD activities, and collaborating with the Finance department
4. Coordinate cost and sourcing issues within teams and act as contact window to other departments
5. Provide timely report from Purchasing on material cost, tooling and EDD to support all kinds of meeting
6. Identify opportunities or risks on sourcing plan and material costs

Qualifications
1. Bachelor in Engineering or above degree
2. Above 6 years relative experience in Purchasing or Product Development in automotive OEMs, more than 1 year experience as supervisor or manager position, better if gained in the mechanical component market
3. Deep knowledge of automotive components procurement practices within region and production system
4. Good knowledge of problem solving methodologies, good at cross-teams communication
6. Familiar with cost analysis methods and project management tools
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
