职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Prequalify potential vendors and suppliers, maintain database.
? Prepare tendering documents, including RFP, BOQ, and General/special conditions.
? Organize and arrange pre-bid, clarification and negotiation meeting.
? Investigate and analyze contractor's quotation, control cost change.
? Preparing sourcing package for internal sourcing committee approval.
? Negotiate with selected contractor based on RFP and contract conditions.
? Purchase Order issuing and contract documents preparation and administration.
? Claims handling subsequently during construction stage.
Qualifications:
?Fluent in English spoken & written
?Colleage degree at least.
?Familiar the purchasing progress for facility construction.
?Strong communication skills in English and flexible approach to liaise and work with colleagues in Worldwide.
?5 years or above of construciton site experience.
?Knowledge of Supplier Management.
?Knowledge of construction contract administration and strong sense of risk management and problem soloving.
?Strong negotiation skills and integrity spirit.
?Flexibility of working hours is essential to support within the Company with external partners
