• Participation and coordination in APQP job with project team, resources allocation and coordination, and provide PPAP documents to customer etc.
  负责与项目团队一起协调APQP阶段的工作，并向客户提交PPAP相应的文件等
• Responsible for the quality issue of prototype stage, including first sample check based on drawing, prototype training to inspectors etc.
  负责样件制作阶段的质量工作，包括首件与图纸的确认，样件检验人员的培训等
• Definition and update of inspection WI during APQP and mass production stage according to quality requirements.                                                                                                                                                 质量要求制定有效的检验程序和更新
• Plan, monitor quality control and quality improvement activities to make sure to meet company’s quality standard and customer requirements
  计划、监督质量控制及质量改进措施，以确保符合公司的质量标准及客户的要求。
• Problem solving and conduct corrective action as well as verify the implementation, and experience sharing to other projects based on 8D rule
  主导客户质量事故原因分析，整改计划提出及进度跟踪，并经验分享到其他项目。
• Responsible for production related quality issues of his projects                                                                        自己项目的生产线异常和质量相关的问题处理
• Improve the customer quality and keep customer quality under the target
