Accountabilities:
Handle all shift management and administrative issues (shift time schedule, overtime management, vacation management, employee relations issues).
Responsible for the performance management, including development and coaching of wage employee.
High level follow up the goal set by day management.
Develop of a lead operator - who can back up the production supervisor.
Handle shift HSE issues and the emergency response issues, working as the ER commander.
Accountable for the safety of all work performed during the shift. For example the work permitting, job safety analysis
Responsible for the shift safety meeting to delivery site HSE requirement and the updating.
Accountable the workshop housekeeping.
Join the HSE and the quality audit with relevant group.
Minor trouble shooting and the repairing work.
Lead the production morning meeting and shift turnover meeting including the necessary follow up paper work.
Drive the compliance of operating plant under the SOP.
Lead incident investigations (safety, environmental, quality or production incident) related to shift operations and/or collect initial data on incidents for use by other persons.
Ensure the review of the new or updated SOP, WI and PI by shift operators.
Input for operability study and PHA


Qualification required:
College or above on Chemicals or related majors, organic chemical or chemical engineering preferre
More than three years' of experience in a chemical industry, the foreign company experience is perfect.
Batch process production experience.
Familiar with Batch process, process control, plant utility system and the chemical equipment.
Team work spirit.
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP experienced
