Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and repair: according to plant policy and technical requirement of E&I maintenance, develop maintenance standards, procedures; Set PM plan with work instructions in CMMS system, organise and implement routine maintenance including PM, break down repair, and inspection to ensure the smooth production and quality.
2. Modification and improvement: as per technical and process requirements, organise and implement the modification or improvements to make them meet the production requirements, reduce the down time, enhance the equipment reliability and HSE performance together with production and other relevant department
3. CMMS: Arrange work orders, place purchase requisition for spare parts and monitoring inventory in CMMS system with proper safety stock setting. Record all maintenance activities and cost in CMMS. Have root cause analysis for heave maintenance and provide RCA report if it is necessary.
4. Documentation: Evaluate and direct subordinates to revise all specifications and operation manuals to ensure they are accurate, current and applicable to plant electric and instrument. Archive the relevant records of maintenance activity as per company policy.
5. Safety: Follow the company HSE policy, report and correct any unsafe work or electric and instrument condition to the manager to ensure the safety of staff, subcontractors and equipment. Ensure regular planned general inspection in the responsibility area according to the company procedure.
6. Quality assurance: As per government legal requirement and quality manuals, calibrate or inspect the electric equipment and instrument, implement the quality management in maintenance and repair to ensure the good quality of E&I to meet production requirements..
7. People management: Manage the daily working arrangement for subordinates, schedule, training and guide team members.
8. Housekeeping: Implement 5S to ensure employees maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years electrical or/and instruments or/and automation working experience in chemical industry
2. Bachelor degree on automation related major, with electrical and instruments maintenance working experience would be preferred
3. Experienced in automation control system and communication network
4. Hardworking, strong ownership & teamwork, and safety mind set is a must
5. Has the capability to communicate in English
