job description:
- Reports to purchase manager
- Assisting the purchase manager in all daily work
- Order entry and stock control
- Supervision of minimum stock levels
- Feeding market information, domestic and export, public sources
- Collecting offers suppliers for domestic and export business
- Supplier relationship management
- Comparing suppliers documents to orders placed
- Liaison and information flow to logistics department, quality control department and factory
- Liaison with Kloeckner's Global Sourcing group
- Drafting reports on China domestic market and prices to Kloeckner's global purchase manager group
- Inducing and supervising due payments
- Documenting claims towards suppliers and assisting in negotiations
- Any other work, relevant to purchase activities
Occasionally, there is the need for domestic travel for supplier meetings and steel business related conferences.
注： 需有两年以上钢铁采购经验，英语熟练。
