2. Planning, organizing and management of commissioning and service of company machinery equipment
3. Assessment of training needs of the service team and implementation of training modules
4. optimization of all service sales and business volumes
5. Conception and realization of all service strategies as well as the development of the service standards
6. Implementation of development programs especially for service processes
7. Troubleshooting and negotiation for critical service cases; contact person for customer needs
8. Active involvement in spare part sales
9. Ensure timely supply/ delivery of spare parts
10. Interact with German engineers for technical issues and warranty handling

Bachelor degree or completed apprenticeship within the area of electronics (technical degree advantageous)

· Minimum of 8 years work experience in the machine tool industry and in cooperation with a global acting company, combined with a good technical understanding of CNC turning and milling machines

· Supervisory experiences
