1. Establish, maintain and develop EHS management system for the company. Ensure EHS system is operated and maintained in accordance with local laws and the company policies. 建立公司EHS体系，并确保EHS活动符合相关法律法规要求

2. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the detail and applicable environment safe regulation and policy, completing ISO14001 system certification to insure the total system smooth operation, assisting supervisor to update the documentation related.
负责制定和维护工厂的详细和具有可操作性的环保制度，完成ISO14001体系认证，维护和保证体系正常运行，配合主管维护文件的更新管理，例如废水管理制度、危废管理和检测制度、相关环保应急预案，以便符合国家环保相关法律。

3. Assist supervisor to plan and carry out EHS regulation, environmental mapping, WPA and other reforms of risk assessment in the unit. Assist and help department to complete the safety inspection and process confirmation and others.
协助主管在工厂范围内计划并贯彻执行环境健康安全管理规程及其相关工作，包括但不限于环保计划、工作场所评估、安全检查及过程确认等。
4. Coordinate and guide each department to establish and develop dept-specific EHS procedures and instructions. 监督和指导各部门EHS工作的开展
5. Establish company EHS target, assign EHS targets to each department and track record. 全厂EHS目标的设置，部门EHS目标的分配，实施监控记录
6. Regularly inspect and review workshops and offices in order to identify safety and environmental risks early in advance. 开展EHS的定期巡查巡检
7. Participate in accident/incident prevention, investigation and mitigation and initiate corrective actions; 事故的预防，调查，跟进和改进

8. Organize, facilitate and provide safety training to ensure employees develop the necessary safety skills and knowledge to meet the company and regulatory requirements EHS相关知识的培训和宣传
8. Organize, and coordinate with internal and external EHS audit. Follow up EHS audit findings and get it closed in a timely manner. 组织和协调EHS相关审核，不符合项的跟进和关闭
9. Regularly reporting to the management about safety and environmental situation, risks improvements required and action taken. EHS事宜的及时汇报和反馈

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree and above.
本科及其以上学历。
2. Major in environmental engineer, safety engineer related is preferred.
环境工程、安全工程等相关专业优先。
3. At least 3 years working experiences in EHS function, especially in environment safe at manufacture factory.
至少3年EHS相关工作经验，特别是制造型企业环境安全方面的工作经验。
4. Certified Safety Engineer certification is preferred.
有注册安全工程师资格证者优先。
5. Good PC skills.
熟练掌握计算机办公软件操作技术。
6. Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
良好的沟通及协调能力。
7. Good problems solving skills.
良好的解决问题的能力。
8. Good knowledge of China EHS related laws and regulations.
熟悉中国有关EHS方面的各项法律法规及规定。
9. Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Mandarin Chinese.

10. Have establishment and operation experience in OHSAS18001, ISO14001 system

有OHSAS18001、ISO14001体系建立及运行经验；
