职位描述

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Be able to communicate with all level within organization including business stakeholders to translate business needs into workable technology solutions；
Be able to lead a development team deliver customized applications meeting company's quality standard；
Analyzes existing or proposed projects and requests to determine the feasibility for technical adaptation
Designs systems, translates problem and request statements into programming definitions;
Creates programs utilizing current and new programming techniques and standards; codes and debugs program; coordinates testing and implementation.
Troubleshoots difficult functional and performance problems;
Schedules, coordinates and reviews work of other programmers assigned to the project; coaches other programmers as required.
Documents all phases of the analysis, design, programming, implementation, and maintenance of projects;
Participate in Functional and Implementation review sessions to ensure that continuity and consistency of standards is met;
Keep on up to date the latest development technology.

Preferred Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or related discipline.
Familiar with software development process, participated 2-3 full cycle software development projects, website projects are preferred.
At least 5 years programming experience on .NET platform, master ASP.NET, C#. Development experience in Python/Java/LAMP is a plus.
Familiar with development of relational database and SQL language, experience on MySQL is preferred;
Familiar with Web development technique, such as Ajax, Soap, Restful, JQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
Familiar with .NET MVC framework, Spring, MyBatis is a plus.
Familiar with development tools, including Eclipse, SVN;
Experience on Agile SCRUM development process is preferred;
Good coding and documentation practices;
Good communication skill and team work spirit, good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility;
Good English reading and written skills.
